At Sticks and Stones Studio, we offer creative experiences that connect young artists with the environment and themselves. Using nature as both inspiration and medium, our workshops encourage children to express their unique identities through art, providing the freedom, space, and tools to do so.
Services
After School Art Club
Our after-school art club runs in five-week sessions at local elementary and middle schools, focusing on nature-based art. We use nature as our inspiration, subject, and often as the medium for our projects. Classes start right after school and run for 1.5 hours and are usually held in the art classroom. The exact schedule and pick up information will be different for each school in the Medford School District. Please make sure your kiddo is wearing clothes you don’t mind getting paint on and a light snack will be provided.
School Out Day Camps
These 8-hour camps are held on Mondays when school is out as well as some district holidays. Our workshops focus on choice-based art, letting kids think and work like artists. Location of the workshops vary depending on the time of year and availability of local venues. Full Schedule of School Out Day Workshops coming soon.
Summer Camps
Our summer camps are three-days long, 8 hours a day with themes like, social justice, environmental stewardship, art skills, and untamed creativity. Location of camps will be dependent on availability of local venues.
